7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your BizChunk Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases only.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at team.bizchunk@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Renewals

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals (monthly or annual). To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your account settings.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
