Registration and Payment
By registering for a BizChunk.com subscription, you agree that your registered method of payment will be billed for the amount stated during your registration process. In addition, future billings to your account will work by a payment being initiated from your credit card on a 30 day cycle. The 30 day cycle will be measured by calculating 30 days from the date of your initial registration. Monthly billing for your account in subsequent months following registration will follow this same pattern. For months that have more or fewer than 30 days the a 30 day cycle will be used. There will be no interest charges or fees attached to the billing of your account.
Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy
The fees incurred from subscribing to a BizChunk.com membership are not exchangeable for other services and are non-refundable. Further, by agreeing to the terms of service, members are not allowed to charge back fees to BizChunk.com in attempt to recapture fees. Should a member attempt this type of dispute process, their account will be immediately discontinued and legal action will be pursued. Members can elect to cancel their subscription at any time without penalty. Likewise, user memberships can be canceled by BizChunk.com at any time for violation of the website and system terms of use as outlined herein.
Official member cancellation must be sent 15 days prior to the next month billing cycle via standard mail or via email to info@bizchunk.com with a statement of cancellation in the body of the email or letter.
Your Account
You understand that as a registered user of BizChunk.com that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with your account, and that you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Personal Information
BizChunk.com will not give or sell your personal registration information, including email address, to any third parties.
